Pilates is a versatile exercise system that’s suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. It’s used by dancers, athletes and sportspeople, by people recovering from an injury or surgery, and everyone who wants to maintain their health and fitness. Pilates supports better posture and co-ordination as well as more effective and efficient movement.
I teach mat pilates at the Wave Active centre in Peacehaven, and the Whiteway Centre in Rottingdean on Thursdays, and a mat/chair Exercise Referral class at Wave Active, Seaford on Fridays.
